Tennis Leaders

The new Tennis Leaders Award

Would you like to become a tennis coach, hitter or competition assistant? Then the new LTA Tennis Leaders Award, revsied for 2009 and delivered by inspire2coach, is for you. This course is a real hit in schools, colleges and clubs, and provides a great opportunity for 13-16 year olds to develop the skills needed to develop a future role in tennis.

The course is in modular format, with different modules including:

  • Planning, Organisation and Communication
  • Club Media and Communication
  • Buddy Hitting
  • Competition Assistant

On completion of the Tennis Leaders course and volunteer experience, participants are in a great position to move on to the Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Tennis at the age of 16.
